YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE ASSOCIATION OF INDUSTRY SECTOR COUNCILS AND ITS MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS, PARTNERS, AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE, AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, SUPPLIERS, AND SUCCESSORS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY THE ASSOCIATION OF INDUSTRY SECTOR COUNCILS AND ANY OF THE FOREGOING PARTIES RELATING TO ANY, INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER THE ASSOCIATION OF INDUSTRY SECTOR COUNCILS OR BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
